How do we access it? We find our inner spark, the soul, the spirit, the essence of ourselves which is beyond ego, which resides behind the conscious and the unconscious mind.
And then we look at all the self limiting beliefs, the behaviours and the patterns and the inheritances of our childhood state. And we see them for what they are. False beliefs. And we transcend them.
